BEST ALIEXPRESS BRUSHES UNDER $1!!

Hi everyone,

Can you believe it? These brushes cost me less than a dollar??! And it's not just buying and wasting them for fun. I really use them regularly for my makeup.

 

Multipurpose Liquid Face Brush

I must say this is my favourite brush of all. I still can't find a special use for this. They suggested you to use it for foundation but I prefer using my stippling brush over this. 

I still can't get over the look of it. So cute and vibrant with purple colour. And the bristles are black.

So far, i always grab it for blusher. Especially the kind of powdery blushers.

 Oval Brush

Price: $0.78

To be honest I don't really buy this brush for any purpose. Just bought entirely for the trend and i just really wanted to try to experience myself using this kind of brush.

I'm not impressed and it's really not my favourite brush but I feel proud to just put it on display in my makeup brush holder. Just owning it makes me feel happy.

 Eyebrow Brush

Can you believe it that it really cost me only $0.41? And it's shipped for free? 

Yes they really did sell you the brush at this price. However it arrived with the other end came off of the stick. I had to stick it back inside and glue it. A little fix but it's totally worth it.

I don't really like the little angled brush as it's not dense and it's quite flimsy. Nothing like the expensive eyebrow brush at all. But the spoolie at the end is good enough.

Blush Brush

This one is my absolute favourite. It's obviously inspired from the real techniques. But it came without the label and mark on it. 

You can use this brush for anything. But I like to use it for highlighter. It just makes me happy using it. :)

ROMANTIC BEAR LIP BALM REVIEW

 

Romantic Bear Lip Balm

Hi everyone,

I randomly bought this one on AliExpress to replace my old lip balm. I had no expectation on it at all. So whatever arrives, i'll accept with open heart. If it doesn't work, at least the packaging is cute. And it's purple!

 This one took around 3 weeks to arrive. The packaging is really cute. It's round and purple and shiny. You can feel the weight of the product in your hand.

 When you open it, you'll see how generous the amount is. I mean, compared to the tube one, i think this one carries more product. Then the smell is just nice. It's a sweet smell of grape. Nothing too overpowering about it.

When i glide it on, it is not as greasy and oily as vaseline. It is hydrating, rich and thick. It's buttery. It has no sweet taste. But the smell lingers around for as long as you wear it. I applied it on my chapped lips on some nights. Then i woke up with moist supple lips the next morning. My chapped lips is replaced with soft and plump new skin. The old skin just slide off easily when you rubbed them off.

It is an amazing product. For such a price, i'd say we're winning big time. Super worth it!

MEIS HIGHLIGHTER REVIEW

Hi everyone,

A quick update on a great discovery i made at our local cheap store. I was surprised to find a highlighter in this range. Very random and just unexpected. I picked the lightest shade cos i think it looks most natural compared to the coloured ones. If i'm not mistaken there are 4 shades to choose from with 01 being the lightest and 04 being the most darker shade (very slight difference between the shades).

Meis Highlighter

This product is very compact but when you opened it you can't help but notice how powdery it is.

 However, the most important thing about a highlighter is the SHINE. So, is it really shiny? And how fine is the glitters??

 Swatched it to my fingers. You can see how shiny and how much lights it reflects.

 

 Blended it onto my hand. At this point, i was impressed by it. It blended really well into the skin. Very natural. Not powdery at all. And the glitters are super fine. It's almost translucent. No hint of gold or pink to it. Super dewy and when you put too much of it especially on the cheekbones, it almost look as if it's wet with shine. I fell in love!
